Starter replaced & still won't start?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2002 honda civic 5 speed ran fine went somewhere turned it off came back out wouldn't start.battery checked out fine starter really old so replaced it. ran when it was push started except for when you turned it off. still won't start on it's own. any suggestions or ideas?

Bad starter relay or bad ignition switch.
