Try cleaning the radiator and A.C condenser coils with a garden hose and nozzle if coils are clogged with dirt and bugs well restrict air flow across the coils.

He replaced the radiator. Is it losing coolant? It either has air in the cooling system or the head gasket is shot.

Thanks for pointing that out but if the A.C condenser sits in front of the radiator like my vehicle it can be clogged not allowing enough air to to to radiator.

I under stand where the a/c condenser is located. It is possible the condenser fins are clogged, but the radiators usually catch the smaller debris as the condensers usually have a slight larger fin opening. Those vehicles have know overheating and head gasket issues. I hope it is dirt in the condenser, but wouldn't be surprised if it were something more serious.
