I have to add coolant every time I drive

I have to add coolant every time I drive. Have had a complete flush, replaced radiator, replaced cooling fan (doesn't get hot anymore) & relays. Radiator still gurgles and I have to add coolant. Can't use A/C or heater. Don't know what else to do.
