how can i get an 05 pt cruiser timing belt to track correctly

the timing belt i took off was one third its width when it broke. this belt was changed by a shop only a couple weeks ago. i installed a new timing belt, tensioner, and idle pulley. it wants to ride off the cam pulleys.

Does it have an automatic tensioner? If not maybe Your belt tension is to low.
