Why does my truck keep stalling

While driving the engine just
stops running ,wait Few minutes
start it up,and its does it again
with less distance every time

This could be a few different things, like a bad ignition control module, bad coil, or fuel pressure, and vacuum leaks. Should take it in for a tune-up? The ICM & coil can be tested at an auto parts store.
2006 ranger truck does not shift down some times when you stop will stall motor if you dont shift to neutral
I suppose it could if the torque converter was locked up.
