2002 dodge Grand caravan wobt start if it sits for 2 days

The can has a new battery however if it sits for a
couple days it won't start I can turn it over and all
the lights come on and there is no noise. Also if I
turn the key all the way back like when your gonna
use just the battery it goes dark no lights. So then
if I get a jump it will start right away and I can
immediately turn it off and then turn it right back
on just fine. What could be causeing this
issue?????

I would have the the alternator load tester to make sure its charging the correctly
