Idle Air Control Sensor, looking at the front of the motor, it is on the left side corner of the TBI. I would take the TBI off and take that sensor out and clean that port out good along with the hole TBI. I have also seen the base gasket be bad for the TBI. I would put in a new sensor, since that port is a major source of vacuum. Check and snug up the bolts for the intake manifold also.

That is just a start, if what I suggested doesn't fix your problem the next thing to check would be the fuel pressure. There may be a bad fuel pump or a weak fuel regulator in the TBI.
