I HAVE A a 95 GMC SIERRA 1500 PROBLEM

I HAVE NO CLUE WERE TO START  I NEED THE TRUCK
SMOG BUT WHEN WE HOOK THE SCANNER UP IT
GAVE ME THIS CODES:

DTC-22 THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR VOLTAGE IS
LOW

DTC-45 IDLE AIR CONTROL SYSTEM CANNOT SET
DESIRE RPM

ANY HELP WOULD BE AWESOME THANK YOU FOR
YOUR TIME..

Have you tried replacing these sensors? That is what the codes indicate. When replacing the IAC that port needs to be cleaned up good also.

Rowefast is right, they probably need changed, but if you want to test them first you can go to easyautodiagnostics.com and there are step by step procedures for testing using a multi meter.
