truck crank but will not start , Ive change the distributor,the coil and crank sensor

Spray some quick start in the throttle body to see is it's fuel related. If it starts for a bit, then u need to check fuel pressure

IF it will turn over and not start sounds like your fuel pump is not working. Very common on a truck that old.
