Shakes/pop/gargle sound, put new battery&spark plugs struggles to start&shuts off. B4 it took 3x to start&it got worse til it didn't start at all. Old battery&spark plugs burnt out. New Fuel Pump?

If its a fuel pump, would it make the battery
die completely and spark plugs burn up?
Our battery was completely dead & spark
plugs were burnt. How much does a fuel
pump run? Or injector?
