2003 GMC 4.3 does not shift into any gears

I have a 2003 GMC sierra pick-up I went to go out today and I have no gears forward or
reverse
Any ideas what my problem could be

Check your transmission fluid level. If its low fill it to the proper level while its running. Then look for the leak. If its not low and is brown/black and smells burnt, its time for a rebuild or one out of a junkyard.
