has no power going up hill with small boat on, on flat ground runs good

had transmission repaired and engine tuned up but can walk faster up hills with 22 ft boat trailer on. ON flat ground unit runs out good, no check engine lights on, last time going to lake was running 4000 rpm and just barley moving  took whole tank of gas to get to lake

Is your transmission down shifting while going up hills? If not, you may have a bad shift solenoid. Or a bad VSS on the transmission. If transmission is kicking down and you still have no power, I would check your cat converter. It may be plugged. I would pull a couple of plugs and check so see what color they are. If black, you may be having a fuel mixture problem. A bad ECT will cause mixture issues.
