I TOOK FUSES OUT TO CHECK THEM AND WHEN I PUT THEM BACK IN MY CAR WONT START! ITS A 2005 1.8 TURBO

Try unplugging both battery posts for 15 minutes from the battery. Recheck fuses, then install both battery cables to the posts of the battery.
