How do I keep the rubber hose connectors between the forward and aft transmission oil lines from coming loose and leaking oil?

replace the rubber with all new rubber and clean the livin' hell out of the connection pipe with some brake-cleen, once the rubber has gone wonky, no amount of clamping will help, like building your castle on a foundation of stawberries-

try to route them AWAY from the hot exhaust, use a bit of mechanics wire if they don't want to 'springy' the correct way.

Get neoprene, personally like to use stainless braided neoprene (aircraft fuel line) is just darn purdy to look at will follow with a link in case you wanted to get "gitchy"~

if this seems wierd...wading into uncharted territory, it's simple, look at the O.D of your pipes (probably 1/4" ALL) and the length needed. being stainless, you'll need to use an industrial grade chopper or do like I do with an abrasive spinny wheel air-tool- need a spec, it's all there will chose one for you.

congrats, by chosing which hose to buy, you've done what I used to do...it's called Engineering, and is largely a matter of callin' the shots, like in this case some really High Quality tubing, like the racecar guys use! now you can call yourself and Engineer!

you know the abrasion can be completely forgotten as you're climbing into bed with an armadillo in this application.
