A tree decided to run into the driver side door on my 1996 jeep grand Cherokee. We got a door off of a 95 but it does not seem to line up is there any way to adjust it?

Did you also replace the hinges? If not they could be bent as well.

Also look at the roof of the truck at drivers doors. Is it buckled any. Easier to see small buckles if you look at the shine of the clear coat at an angle.
