Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have checked to see if it was the cabin air filter but one was never installed. Came
from factory without one. Saw no trash inside or blocking where it goes. Then we
removed glove box and removed blower fan and only found one broken pine straw in
fan and also when we went to remove the fan a small black plastic square piece fell
from fan. Don't know where it came from so we also need to know where it came from
to put it back.

problem found. We removed the blower motor again and looked up into the compartment and found the recirc door had broke off and was blocking the opening so we just did a quick and cheap fix and removed it and now we have air coming thru the vents again. From my research this seems to be common issue.
