jeep grand cherokee air blows only out of one side vents

a/c only comes out of drivers side vents and is very weak or barely out of passenger side. Its cold, but very weak.

there is a flap inside your dash next to the heater core, sometimes you can hear it flip over to one side. when you change it from hot to cold air. if its stuck or broken you have to get in there and either unstick it. or buy a new one.
