PCM and harness change still won't run

Asked by Lauren Apr 13, 2019 at 10:40 PM about the 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay so my ex changed out the wiring harness that
goes to my transmission. When he did this it fried
my PCM. So I went and got the PCM ignition
module and ignition that goes with that harness. It
fires and cranks but won't turn over. Do I need to
have my keys programmed? Why will it still not
run? Please help!!

Maybe I called it the wrong thing. It was the pcm, ignition, and the black box under the ignition. Pretty much everything. But it still won't start
