Why is my 1999 jeep grand Cherokee
limited runs roughly

Scan for codes. Might just need a tune up or fuel filter. Turn your key from Off to On three times, quickly, without starting the engine. Stop at "On". The fault codes will appear at the odometer display. Google the numbers or post them here.
