I took my 2000 Grand Cherokee in for alignment check. They installed a new right front CV axle shaft, new front and rear gas shocks and did alignment. It still pulled and the steering was off- lots of play in steering, resistance when trying to steer, just felt out of sink with the vehicle. Took it back . They replaced the right front upper outer tie rod end, realigned and installed new rear axle seals. It is still pulling and steering is worse. Lots of resistance, vehicle doesn't respond to steering wheel like it used to. Spent a ton of money and vehicle is worse than when I first took it in. Any advice? Thank you! Jonell
