It is a failed Fan Sensor which is located in a very difficult location. It is only accessed by either disassembly of the front valance panels on the passenger side. OR remove the passenger headlight, cut an access hole directly through the plastic panel below the light and then you can access the fan sensor, remove and replace. Had to replace mine and this quick access fix was out on youtube.
