Over heating quistion

So my question is this I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Laredo 4 wheel drive, so I can drive my Jeep all day but the
min I park it for 20 min or more it starts to over heat, I
replaced the thermostat today I'm just wondering if this
doesn't fix the problem what should I move to next on my
Jeep

    Starts well, runs good for a short while, but after 8 or 10 minutes over heats, warning lights come on, up over 250 degrees. I have replaced thermostat and checked it again. Suggestions?

    I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited with the 4.7 v8 I replaced water pump and thermostat and it is over heating bottom hose not hot and heat isn't that good what could be the problem?
