Puddle on Passenger Floorboard?

Asked by Doug Nov 02, 2019 at 09:01 PM about the 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Howdy, everyone.

For some reason, there is a puddle that has developed on the floorboard on the front
passenger side of the Jeep that I have. The car hasn't moved and it isn't present elsewhere.
Is the seal on the window bad? Vehicle hasn't been turned on in a bit.

Thanks.

It's either rain water that's leaked in or your heater core sprung a leak. Try clearing out the rain channels from roof and front fenders and area around cowl, maybe debris has accumulated in those and is causing water to back up in cowl.
