2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee A/C will NOT work on high

Hello. The blower on my wife's 2002 Jeep Grand
Cherokee Laredo will not work on the high setting. I
replaced the blower motor resistor, as this seemed
the most likely. Unfortunately, this did not fix the
problem. The AC works on EVERY setting except
high. I have 2 seven month old twins and it's
starting to get hot and humid outside. Any help is
much appreciated.
