Most likely the unlocking solenoid for the driver's door has burned out if all the other ones are responding. But if the suspected solenoid tests "good", then there might be a wiring problem in the driver's door near the hinge. That sometimes wears out.
my 2003 jeep grand cherokee drivers door will not unlock/lock on the remote, all other doors do, any reason why???
