I replaced the brakes on 2005 Grand Cherokee limited 5.7 liter and they lock up. I've bled them. But still. Why are they locking up?

Either the caliper is frozen up and needs to be replaced or the brake line hose running to the caliper has collapsed internally and will not allow the brake fluid to flow back when releasing the brake pedal. On other thing is to make sure the pads are in the calipers correctly. It is easy to get them mix up. One is designed to go on the outside, and the other is designed to go against the caliper piston, the inside.
