I have a 1995Lincoln Town Car ( Cartier) with a starting issue ! Car starts fine for a couple weeks then out of the blue it wont start . I wait about 30 min and boom it starts ? This happens about once a week and is a pain. What should I look for ?

grab your battery post connections and wiggle them back and forth to check for play. if loose even a bit, tighten them down. check for corrosion also. check where your negative cable is connected to the cars body. remove all wires and clean them with a small wire brush and reattach. brush the neg connecting post at the body location also,removing ny rust,tighten securely.
