My car declines in speed while driving could this be
my fuel filter it don't do it all the time mainly going
up a hill

Fuel filter, fuel pump, transmission problem or other issues may be the cause. Is the check engine light on? If so, get it scanned for trouble codes at a local auto parts store. This is usually a free service. Post the codes here and we will try to help you.
