vibration and hesitation

Why does my 03 TC give me vibration and a little hesitation while cruising? If
im coasting and give just a little acceleration it vibrates. Not sure from where.
My check engine light recently came on because of an 02 sensor. Could this
be the problem?

Take care of the current issue and see what happens. You also may need new plugs.
