BDA (Blend Door Actuators) The 2003 models and above have DUAL blend door actuators so that the driver and front passenger have separate temperature control. Both BDA's are located in the center stack and accessible without removing the dash. YES FINALLY! The prior years required dash removal like most of the cars of today.

The dealer scan tool can pinpoint this problem IDS-VCM. They need to scan it and give you answers. Call, the service manager and inquire and explain the 5 actuator NO fix!
