I own a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis LS Sedan 4-Door 4.6L 281Cu. In. V8 FLEX SOHC Naturally Aspirated car. The problem i have encountered at first was intermittent then worked while raining then completely stopped. My car has a dealer alarm installed. The entry keypad, door locks, trunk lock, dome light, rear defogger and the radio delay. What i mean by radio delay is when the car is turned off the radio will remain playing till a door is opened. The before mention does not work with remote control or manually . Yes i have changed the battery in remote yes i have tried to reset the system... I believe my LCM on my 2000 grand marquis is going out. Headlights and dash flicker on and off while driving and I have dealt with it for about a year in a half now due to how expensive it is! 7 Answers

Now my blinkers won't even come on I can only assume it's due to the LCM. Also it is making a clicking noise as it's always done but now even when the cars off and I believe it's killing my batter...

Some times it makes a knocking noise I was told it was the starter but I got another starter and its still the same it don't make the rattling noise all the time just some times
