99 grand marquis

I have a new battery in my car and
it was starting and running fine for
a while and then just today I tried
to go and move it and it would not
start my door code will not work
my interior lights are dim and my
remote control for the door locks
will not work please help

OK thank you I had my battery tested and it tested perfect I am going to take it to auto zone or something to get the car tested when I get my tags
