Traction Control Light comes on at times when the car sputters

Gauges on dashboard are all digital. The temperature gauge flashes off then
back on, the car loses momentum (and one time turned completely off), and
traction control light comes on all at the same time. This happens periodically.
What could be the issue?

It's most likely an ECU issue or a fuse issue, take it to a shop and have them run a diagnostics test to find out more about it.
