In my 05 grand marquis whenever I use my right
turn signal it blows the headlights fuse any
suggestions?

Could be a short in the turn signal cluster attached to the steering column.

Check the bulbs and sockets for corrosion, front and back. Also, make sure no turn signal wires are crimped and shorted against something.
