idle issues.. my oldsmobile cutlass cierra is overrevving in park and neutral gears its an auto..and then when i switch it into gear the rpms drop off an it acts like its choking and then its normal. 9 Answers

my 1990 oldsmobile cutlass cierra ran fine yesterday. it rained like hell last night now it wont start. the battery area is wet also. it cranks but wont turn over.
