Did you connect the smaller wire to the starter solenoid? Are the fuses good?

if the wiring is good, go back into the starter solenoid.. check & clean the copper contact for any corrosion. also, where was it purchased? buy a good AC/Delco OEM or Napa. some part places give stuff that last only a month or less.

I bought it at O'Rielly's auto parts and i didnt check the fuses and yes i connected a red and a black to a smaller bolt and two big groups of black wires and i dont know if the small black wire went there or with the others.
