i AM TRYING TO HOOK UP ALL THE WIRES ON HARNESS AND AM GETTING FIRE TO THE COIL PACK BUT NOT PAST IT TO THE PLUGS

Have you checked your crank sensor? The coils receive voltage and when it comes time to create voltage the 12 volts are dropped from a 2,000 wire winding which drops an electromagnetic field across 10,000 copper windings which in turn creates electricity for the plugs.
