You've got at least two separate and unrelated problems. Check the ground on the engine, make sure the battery is charged, and try running a jumper wire direct to the starter. If you get nothing, the starter is bad. If it spins okay but doesn't work from the key, you've got an issue with the ignition harness, ignition switch, or neutral safety switch. If it spins okay but the engine isn't turning, you've got a bad starter or broken flywheel (not common). As for moving in park, this can be a simple shift level adjustment, or a broken park pawl in the tranny.
