Try spraying some (SMALL AMOUNT) of starting fluid into the throttle body while someone holds down the pedal and cranks the engine...If she fires, Checking fuel pressure. Check one of those discount auto stores they lend / loan tools for a deposit. How long has it been since the GTP been running? How many miles on it? What was it doing before all the parts were changed?

I bought it not running with about 192,000 on it they owner thought it was alternator but it wasn't

It just keep chugging but nothing I can here the fuel pump turn on but no gas spraying through the fuel rain
