Cranks but wont start

I have a 2000 Grand Prix GT that is getting
fire everywhere and turning over but it wont
run. I had to change the ignition and key but
I have programmed the new one to it. So
why wont it run?

I believe a new ignition switch requires reprogramming at the dealership. It's not something a do it yourselfer can do. Find out if that's true before you spend too much more time on the car. I believe it communicates with the body control module so it may not show up on an OBD reader although it doesn't hurt to check.
