Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8, 6 cylinder, 2002 model

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

With new battery the
lights come on but car
makes no sound when I
turn ignition switch.  
What could this be? Is
there a fuse I should
check? If yes, which one?
If it may be ignition
switch, how can I tell? Or
how can I tell if starter or
coil?  Help please...

starter make shure power is at starter purple small wire at starter mike 810 704 2658
