Hello rumgirl85- The windshield washer pump is is at the bottom of the washer resevoir. Drain the fluid. Then you will need to remove the battery and then reach down under the resevoir where you can feel the pump. Remove the pump by making a 1/4 turn. Remove the hose and electrical connection a attach them to identical spots on the new pump. Put the pump back in and make an opposite 1/4 turn. Refill the reservoir and off you go. Good luck from Bovan.
