Thanks I found that and replaced the level sensor but I'm having trouble getting the metal ring pushed down enough to lock it back in place. Any thoughts?

Yes, sometimes, the ring is tuff, the gasket has swelled,if you can not lock in place by pushing down, and rotating, replace gasket, should help.
