I believe my fuel pump is bad and I need to
replace it, is the anyway to change it without
dropping the fuel tank?

There should be a fuel pump access panel underneath the carpet in the trunk, right behind the back of the rear seat.

Unfortunately there isn't one, I looked, and there is a fuel sensor panel, but no fuel pump access panel

I believe the fuel pump and fuel level sensor are part of the same assembly.

On the last generation you have to either carefully cut out the oval shape under the trunk carpet or drop the tank to replace.
