reduce engine power

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
While I was driving my car and pressing the
gas pedal it would not rev up or make car go
but it never stalled. I would coast to a side
street. It's happen 4 times in the past 5 days
and the service abs light comes on and
traction light but they pretty much stay on.
This reduce engine power is all new to me.

Have the catalytic converter checked in the exhaust, may be plugged up.
I had the same problem and had to get a new gas pedal. or throttle body the sensors inside both have to "agree" get the codes read out and see if either one of those pop up. change the pedal first if have too. its a lot cheaper
Did you have any luck finding the problem , I have changed the throttle body and gas pedal no luck
