Loose engine power an pull over let it sit an thin it will have a arrow pointing
to bottom of motor turn it off an sit a few minutes an it's fine please help

Check your manual. It should tell you what that particular symbol means. If I had to guess I'd say its low oil, but I'm only guessing. If its not just low oil level you need to take it in to a shop right away to get the problem addressed. If its serious enough that the computer is partially shutting the engine down you can't continue driving it.
