Every time you turn my car off it want start up again and hesitate to get a jump

What could be wrong with this car?  OK all of a
sudden this morning got in the car it started,  stop
to get gas,  wouldn't start got a jump,  stayed on
the whole time it got a jump but as soon as I
turned it off it wouldn't start again .  All my lights
and everything works and my check engine light
works but haven't came on .  Any ideas

Bad battery,or alternator have them checked.
