I have a 2006 Pontiac grand prix wide track with 3800 in it. Just replaced head gaskets and tried to start it. Charged battery to 12.6v cleaned connection and made sure ground to battery is tight.

buzz. All lights come on but will not
turn over. Checked some fuses. Need
suggestions.

Check the starter,if you hear the click,may be tap it with hammer,may help it crank,but this doe,s not fix it.
