2003 Subaru Forester question

I got a 2003 Subaru Forester 5 speed manual and I
noticed that when I accelerating hold it I hear a
weird tick/li knock noise any ideas what that could
be? There's no check engine lights or anything it
does have an oil leak though but the oil is not low
