Would a 04 exaust fit on an 03?

I have a Subaru Forester 03 (n/a) *sadly. And was
wondering if any 2004 parts will fit the 03 just as
well. It seems as if all aftermarket parts are made
for the 04 and above, which in all makes sense
considering it's the turbo version. But if I were to
buy an exaust for the 03 , but made for the 04,
would it still fit? (I know it wouldn't have
performance boost, just curious)

If your 03 is not listed for use with the exhaust it won't work.

Just look it up. Just be sure to differentiate CA and non-CA, as well turbo/nonturbo iterations.
I'd be incredibly surprised if 03-04 2.5 sohc exhaust stuff didn't interchange. Maybe even 99-04. I would include 05 and/or 05-08 but not sure with phase 1vs2 engine usage. And from what Ern had stated about rebuilding the turbo motors, its much better to own the sohc. I'll try to look up some part #s in a few hours.
